Summary

Ms. Falter received her J.D. with a Certificate in Art & Museum Law, from DePaul University College of Law in 2012 where she served as Justice of Phi Alpha Delta Story Chapter and Treasurer of the Art and Cultural Heritage Law Society. In addition, Ms. Falter studied transnational investment and international dispute resolution at University College Dublin (UCD) during the Summer of 2010.  While obtaining her degree, Ms. Falter served as a law clerk at a defense firm from 2009 through 2012 and also as ethics and policy intern for Chicago Public Schools in Fall 2011.  

Ms. Falter holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Art History from University of Kansas, 2009.  She graduated magna cum laude with departmental honors for her research in mood and behavior disorders.  During her undergraduate career, Ms. Falter volunteered as a crisis counselor of the National Suicide Hotline and local Headquarters Counseling Center.  She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Mortar Board.  She currently is an associate attorney at a workers' compensation defense firm in Chicago.
